We collect your skis at a time and place that suits you, carry out expert maintenance using top-quality tools and materials, and return them in peak condition — ready for your next adventure.

Every pair is treated as if they were our own — we have tuned skis and snowboards for members of Team GB and Team Canada and take just as much care when working with your equipment.

How it works

Collection and return:

Once your booking is confirmed, let us know your preferred collection time and day. We’ll arrive at your home, office, or address of choice to collect your skis or snowboard at your convenience.

Your equipment is then taken to our specialist servicing centre, where it undergoes a meticulous clean, precision edge sharpening, and professional waxing — fully prepped for your next trip to the mountains.

At the time of collection, we’ll also arrange a suitable return date. We typically return your skis within 7 days, though this may vary slightly during peak periods.

Wax & edge

  • Our Wax & Edge service restores your skis to mountain-ready condition with precision edge sharpening and a professional hot wax for maximum glide. Perfectly tuned skis mean smoother turns and better control

  • We make it as easy as possible for you to get ready for your holiday, collecting and returning your skis fully serviced to you at your convenience

  • Should you need your skis/snowboards serviced more quickly then please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible and we will do our best to organise an expedited delivery

  • We currently serve Central London, South West and South London, and most areas in Surrey. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help.

  • It’s simple: once you book a service, we arrange a convenient time to collect your skis and you also let us know when is most convenient to return them to you. We are flexible and happy to work with you to make getting ready for your next holiday as easy as possible

  • We aim to complete all services and have the skis returned back to you within 7 days. This can change however depending on peak periods so book early to avoid disappointment.

  • We recommend that you get your skis serviced once before every weekly trip i.e. if you are going away in January and then March you should have two services and then a final protective service after your last trip to protect them while they are not being used.

  • We can accommodate express service requests in most circumstances, but these need to be individually arranged - please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
